I have a few new cherished memories since my recent art exhibit that I know will stay with me for a long time. If you didn't get a chance to read about it, have a look here.
Simply being in an art show and exposing my creative side to the general public to be critiqued and judged is an experience in itself.
Acting as Chair of the show, is something I had zero knowledge of nor experience with.
Heck, most of what you see here on this site has been a learning process and I had no clue as to what I was doing when I first began.
During the opening reception at the Art Show, we took a few moments to thank a few key people and to hear a few words from our fabulous art instructor Judith Livingston who has been a mentor to all of us.
She read a quote by Pablo Picasso that struck a cord with me and that I had to share with you here.
"I am always doing that which I cannot do, in order that I may learn how to do it." ~Picasso~
Does it strike a cord with you too?! How many times do we shy away from something because we simply don't know "how"?!!
Sooooo, I made this new Daily Notes free printable to help be reminded that I do those things so that I may learn how!! I'll be sharing this one with the kids for sure!!
Daily Notes printables are made for you to download and use; to jot notes, lists, and to be reminded that we can learn to do anything that we can't yet do! Simply click HERE and right click and save the PDF and print on your favourite paper!
