Watercolor Supplies that I am enjoying currently!

I am always on the look-out for watercolor supplies that I can confidently recommend to my creative community. It can be challenging to find good quality art supplies that are worth the price and offer the best possible outcome. When a local paint manufacturer reached out to me to send me samples of their watercolor paints and supplies, I was happy to test them out!

They arrived and didn’t disappoint!

Locally made in Kingston, Ontario, Tri-Art is family run, eco-conscious and offers a beautiful range of pan watercolors along with tubes. I tested out both along with a new product (to me) called Watercolor Ground and even played around with their cotton paper art journal.

I share all about watercolor art supplies in this YouTube video if you want more explanation and detail for how to choose watercolor supplies that are best for you.

Here are my favorite new products from Tri-Art that I want to share with you. (Please keep in mind that if you purchase anything from these links, I will earn a small commission. )

Watercolor Ground - great for prepping paper so you can use watercolor on just about any surface.

Bamboo pan holder for pan watercolors & you can buy each color individually or pick a pan set to use to fill your bamboo holder with.

For a started pack of tubes of watercolors, here’s a set of 12 to get you started.

Mixed Media Sketchbooks with cotton, texture paper. I customized the cover of mine and love how it turned out!

Paper packs which is what I used to paint this rose

For links for paper pads, and other watercolor supplies that I use and recommend, you can always check out my Watercolor Supply list on Amazon here. If you are at a loss for what to paint and want to trace some beautiful motifs, check out this book that I created to help you get painting.

Happy Painting!
