Sometimes all you need is a found stick from your morning walk, some gold paint and wire and a bit of time. This quick an easy DIY gave me a fun break in-between client work today.
I've wanted to fill a bare wall in my bedroom with something unique and beautiful. I've accomplished that and made it functional too!!

Here's what I used;
- A found stick from my morning walk.
- Gold paint
- Gold nails
- Gold bead wire
I painted a few gold stripes on the stick and nailed in about 6 gold nails.

Then I wrapped some bead wire around the stick and finished it off with a hanging wire and used a gold nail in the wall.
Et Voila!
A beautiful and unique piece for my otherwise boring wall that is also functional.
